Ipad Will Not Send Mail

My ipad will no longer send mail from either my iCloud account or bt. It will receive it, but not send. I have touched nothing,so cannot understand this. Anyone any ideas. Thanks.

What app are you using?

Have you tried to send to yourself?

Do you get any error messages?

First thing to check is your SMTP server settings and re enter your passwords in your mail accounts

Had the same problem with OH's iPhone. Do as Bertram says, re-enter your SMTP settings.

Thanks to you all, I reset passwords and worked. Not touched the mail accounts, so why it should do this, I do not know. They can be so temperamental these things.
