This has been happening for a while - when I click onto the "said" item after googling it - you hit click and click and instead of it bringing you the details of the item - it is staying "put" ie not moving from click, click, click click.

Anything I can do. thanks

Try right clicking and opening in a new tab ? Might give more information on what's happened.
