Some while ago , while waiting at the pizza counter , a chap in front of us advised the assistant that he wanted a garlic base on his pizza .

Myself and her indoors both looked at each other with much surprise

The chappy said to us that it was nice and we should try it .
We did and he was right - we now always have a Garlic base
