You know what? You're dead right... I'm NOT fat but I'm always hungry and I've noticed that I HAVE undoubtedly put on about 1.5 stone since X'mas... which of course, I'm not happy with.
I'd say that its all gone to my tummy and waist and I feel a bit blue about the whole thing. I guess excercise is the only way to sort this out and be able to eat as much as i want. Problem is I can't afford the gym and I haven't done any type of excercise since school, 15yrs ago!
