Called up to friend to look at her cordless hoover - no, it wouldn't do me - Dyson - you have to keep your finger pushed on the button the whole time and with my bad arms can't do it.
Anyway husband followed me out to my car and told me he would love a dog but he was afraid to tell the wife. Begged me not to tell her which of course I wouldn't.
The wife visits me and I have to put Maxie out so she doesn't like dogs and her home is immaculate so won't be too pleased.
I say he should tell her - what would be your opinions - thanks all.

Brilliant man and the great thing is that I will have great confidence if ever I had to go to hospital, doctors or anything that requires long hours - he will take him for boarding and keep him in the house - he loathes kennels. He keeps 5 dogs at least per day and keeps them in the house so he will always take Maxie.
The house is just a semi-detached etc a normal house - short story - he was a joiner and worked for himself but he was being let down in the joinery business and has set up the doggie business and it is doing wonderful so much they are (he and wife) have seen a fabulous house a bit rural - house with loads of land - they are so hoping to get this house for the doggie business. Now I feel relieved knowing that if anything happens to me he will keep Maxie - oh my god - when he drives up the street in the grey car - Maxie goes berserk. It's only for an hour a day but the happiness Maxie comes back with is worth it.
I will be back to walking him perhaps next week hopefully. But Maxie loves him.
