when it comes to cosmetics, what does it take for a brand to become accepted/beautiful to the users, public, and even those who don't use/wear cosmetics?

The more money is used by companies, in their advertising budget, the more effective it will be.

Make up is not beautiful nor does it make its wearers more beautiful...it is a dreadful shame that people succumb to advertisers and the idea that you have to conform to what the product makers (who are only after more money) suggest you should look like. So sad that people cannot accept themselves for what they are...its like clothes ..someone says what is fashionable and sheep rush out to conform...making billions for the owners of the brands and often making themselves look daft in the process.....

I don't think that a brand can be beautiful...it can be popular, trusted, perceived as high end and so on....but beautiful? I don't think so.
