He was walking the dogs, I jogged 100 yards infront, 100 yards behind, certainly would not go out on my own this time of night, some very strange people about. But we survived ;o)

Had an early start this morning, did not have time for a run before going in, doing the best I can. Just ignore Chris Tash, the Cat's will drag him down eventually ;o)
