B.t.t.v. Youview Box.

Before I contact BT about a possibly faulty box, does anybody know if the recordings on the box can be transferred to a new box.

You can't transfer recordings from one box to another. It's possible to play a recording and feed the analogue signal to, say, a DVD recorder or PVR but that means that it would take a full hour to record a one-hour programme, etc. There are no shortcuts.
