There are so many emotions that come with life. Life, it’s obstacles and encounters with people. Really struggling to understand the situation. I think you probably are struggling as well. Calm down, please. Whatever has happened - has happened and you need to move from there. I'm afraid I don't understand a block on Instagram - I do recognise that this upsets you.

Can you possibly explain in language we would understand? Then, maybe, we would be able to help a little. :)
