Insertion Of New Ribbon

know this should be in techi but have no time - anyway want to an Epson Ribbon and as many times I have done this I forget.

How to get the ribbon box to stay in the middle of the machine so that I can insert new ribbon - thanks

You make me laugh JJ! It's not a ribbon it's a cartridge :) Sorry, can't help, I'm useless with my printer too.

It's okay Bathy - memory came back and I have them in and all. prints look good as they had become fainted. Also got the new colour one in too. so way hay I am all set to go.

it depends on which epson
for mine is is 'pressing the two left hand buttons bottom'

go to you tube and search u tube ( not google ) for your epson make
and you get something like this
