What Is A Decent But Budget 4Ktv For Gaming?

I am trying to find a decent 4KTV on a budget that must include HDR game mode, and why I've indeed found one that has multi HDR and Dolby Vision that is set at a good price, unfortunately, I have heard that you have to pay a fee for DV (Dolby Vision) or at least have a separate license. Is that true or is that only for the manufactories?

Also does the number of HDMI ports make a massive difference in the quality of the picture such as TVs with 4 HDMI ports being superior to one with only 3 ports?

What confuses me is the bs marketing tactics such as claiming that a TV has Premium UHD when in reality it has only 8bits which is contradictory especially when the requirement for a premium UHD is to have HDR10 (10 bits).

I'm out of my depth with most of the technical stuff about using TVs for gaming (although I can tell you that an end user, like you, doesn't have to pay licensing fees for Dolby Vision and that the number of HDMI ports is irrelevant as long as there are enough for the various devices which you might want to plug into them).

Don't get too hung up on the idea that Dolby Vision is the bee's knees in technology though. Samsung's own HDR 10 Plus system is just as highly-rated on many websites (if not higher).
