Reboot/start Laptop

Did windows update..now only have the desktop open page with pinned icons ..can't get back to tiles via Windows icon any longer which means I can't access the power off..restart etc..have to switch laptop off with power button... help

If you mean the start menu has stopped working some help here

Or try a roll back (not sure this really resolves the issue just pushes it back)
