Bluetooth Problem

in a nutshell, i´ve been going round in circles trying to download bluetooth so i can use my bluetooth speaker wih my packard bell laptop dot s.
For the zilliionth time, my pc hasn´t got bluetooth, theres an asumption that all pcs have got it, well maybe mines an exception.

laptops have bluetooth, desktops do not
