Of course there is nothing(other than the law) to stop the white women’s fathers, brothers, uncles from beating the crapout ofthe Pakistani men. Which is of course the nub of the matter. The white vunerable girls/women end up in the clutches of these vile people precisely because they have no one to look after them.
