what i do is after ive got the kids to bed is
run the bath put make sure theres lots of bubbles in it
put candels around the bath
glass of wine
some nice ocean music playing
wonderful
you will feel great after it really helps after a hard day
4 me that is 2 much hard work! i jus put on sme trackies, have a wash and lay on the sofa, reading or watchin g tv wateva i best 4 you really!! try sleeping!
on saturdays (after a ten hour shift standin up) I often go back to my boyfriends house flop out on the sofa for about 15 minutes then go and have a shower, then spendin the rest of the eve with him makes me feel so much better!
