I Want To Delete My Google Chrome Browser
4 Answers
as it seems to be all mixed up, FB has things missing, like the reply to people or groups, colours are mixed up, and notifications etc, etc.
On the other two I use F/Fox & Opera its ok, and the reason I want to keep Chrome, as I have a lot of google passwords etc, and generally like it.
So if I uninstall, and reload, will it come back with all my details, and maybe have got rid of the problems I have with it..
I am on Win8, although I did download a free version of Win10, but cant see any difference. Thanks for your time.

In the top right hand corner select the three "dots"
From the menu select "Help" then "About Google Chrome"
You will get a message in the window saying Updating Google Chrome (or similar)
When it has finished close and reopen the browser.
You REALLY should have stayed on W10 as W8 is a mixed up mess (which is one of the reasons why Microsoft gave away W10 to W8 users)

A reset might be a better option than an update (especially as it's likely that you've got the latest version of Chrome anyway):
