What do you mean exactly?

It doesn't burn at all?
Sorry, but vaguely related, I've bought the Roxio Easy Burner but am afraid to load it in case it and it's use will eat-up too much memory as I think I am gettting short of memory (in all senses of the word, lol).
Thanks to anyone who bothers to answer. No questions please as I won't understand them. I'm steering clear 'cos my PC is working O.K. and daren't screw it up now.
With many thanks and apologies to discobobby for interfering with your thread.

If you are just putting the file onto the disk, then your dvd player might not be able to play mp4 files.

What you will need to is make it into a "dvd" dvd - don't know if your software would do that. Perhaps try Windows Movie Maker or Tmpgenc (its free)
let me know how you get on with it

I always use it to burn my video and auido files onto a DVD disc. Media URL: http://www.appgeeker.com/convert/burn-mp4-to-dvd.html

Wrong question in wrong place - sorry discobobby for interfering with your thread.
Good luck bobby,

Hi friend, maybe you should try following steps:
1.Ensure that you have enough space in your Temp File folder.
2.Double check to make sure that your DVD driver is working, and update it by checking with the manufacturer for an updated version.
3. Test the ISO file. If your ISO file is working, you may need to use an alternate burning software such as Roxio Or Cisdem DVD Burner(only for Mac) to burn the ISO to a disc.
