Scottish Football Finishing Before English Football

Week after week on a Saturday, when getting the final football results on the vidiprinter, whether its BBC, ITV, or Skysports, it always seems that the Scottish leagues have a much higher proportion of results finishing before the English games. Why is this?

The Scots sticking with the 10 mins half time break.
Half time break is 5 mins longer in prem league. Not sure about other English divisions but was 10 last game I saw in Scotland

It's so flaming cold in the dressing rooms of the more (ahem) 'spartan' Scottish grounds, that anything over 10 minutes risks hypothermia reducing the teams before the second half.

I'm reluctant to post in case I'm too late again but maybe the fact that there is no alcohol served in Scotland at matches means the fans are back in their seats quicker
Players in the Scottish leagues tend to be made of sterner stuff than those delicate flower dahn sarf.

Less injury time and not so much preening in front of the mirror. :-)
