Whatsapp Doesn’T Ring If I Get A Call

I can make and receive FaceTime calls on my iPad but I can only make calls or video calls with WhatsApp on my iPhone SE. Any calls I receive on WhatsApp are always shown as missed calls, the phone doesn’t ring! The phone rings OK for ordinary phone calls but never for incoming WhatsApp calls. I have no problems receiving or sending WhatsApp messages, photos etc. I have checked everything but with no luck whatsoever.

The only thing I can think it might be is that my iPhone ringtone is one I purchased from the App Store, not a standard one.

Has anyone else had this annoying problem?

Go to

Settings->WhatsApp->Notifications

Make sure every switch there is On.

I have checked in WhatsApp notifications and every switch is already on
