It Has Happened Again

have lost the picture on any youtube post,
any idea why, got the sound OK but no pics.

i think i did a system restore, but can't remember how it was done.

did a system restore but not changed anything, anyone else know what to do to restore picture to youtube.

have now uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe flash player
then did a system restore to no avail. Get sound still but no picture.

do you have to subscribe to youtube. still get the sound which is bizarre, but no picture.

Which browser are you using?

^^^ By going through your old posts, I see that you use Firefox.

Click the hamburger. (Three lines, top right).
Click 'Options'.
Under 'Performance' click to remove the tick alongside 'Use recommended performance settings'.
Click to remove the tick alongside 'Use hardware acceleration when available'.
Close the tab and try Youtube again.

Firefox issues then Emmie. Always good to have another browser installed to cross check. Didn't Jackdaw advise trying Chrome? Good advise.

Actually I had the same problem as emmie on Chrome. Firefox worked OK.
