and the counter clerk looks at you like you a drug dealer if you ask for it
so take it ( para codamol etc ) yourself

acetominophen on the packet

and I wouldnt take Tramadol ( or not more than 28 tabs which is a weeks supply) unless you want to whamma-dol straight into the slammer

yeah but they also have a mega opiate-for-fun addiction problem
so sale of pain killers are restricted - I think more than here

they have a needle exchange program and street based methadone system which isnt very successful....
