Anyone watch this last night on BBC1?

An interesting, if bitty, start - a tad gory in parts too (the 'suicide' into the tree was messy) - but it has made me want to know what happens next.

Agreed Dave, interesting & well-acted I thought.

If you're dead keen, I believe the whole series is on iPlayer.

So it is - what's the point of that then?

Surely any suspense for the 'watch it when broadcast' audience (which I would have thought would be the majority) is bound to be ruined by spoilers?
possibly, they did the same with Feud about Bette Davis and Joan Crawford, showed the whole lot on I Player..
I started it late last night but was tired so will have to re-watch it.
It intrigued me enough to want to see more.
so it was worth watching, perhaps i will do a catch up later if nothing else is on.
it was completely different to what i was expecting. I did not like that woman either
As a card carrying member of the Wee Miss Bea fan club I thought even the bits she wasn't in were passable. :-)
Decided not to watch it but came upon it when channel hopping after missing over half. I thought it was brilliant, really gripping.
Yep, just watched it. Very very good. Another cracker from the BBC.
Just finished watching the entire series - well, you don't read a book a chapter a week do you. Well worth the time and effort, imho.
