Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Not Starting Up

hi peeps got a strange one for you guy's to help me with, misses put her tab 3 on charge last night as the battery ran out, went to start it up today and nothing......tried the norm startup choices eg power button by itself, then with vol up, then with vol up +home button, took the back off took battery out for an hour also unclipped all the various connectors then after an hour put everything back still nothing.........any thoughts ? thanking you peeps in advance for any replies Gaz

also tested the battery as well and that is fully charged !!!???
