I'm a big fan of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' - but i've never understood how the title of the program relates to the show!...any ideas?

My eldest son is a big fan of this show and Seinfeld and he thinks it is because Larry David is a very stoic person and he never seems to get excited about stuff, hence the irony in the title.

i agree, i love both shows and its an ironic title, because basically, he's not very enthusiastic
