Ask your GP to refer you to an Occupational Therapist. Alternatively, ring your local hospital or social services, and ask for their Occupational therapy dept.
There are loads of on-line shopswho'll happily sell you the most expensive products they have. However, an OT will assess you, and provide assistive / equipment that will make everyday tasks easier for the patient.
This equipment is usually provided without charge (or may be on a "long-term loan basis".
