Ok. Further to my smear test question last week I kept on googling even though you lovely people told me not to. I'm now in a complete panic and cannot eat or think straight:(
Just wanted to talk to someone as I genuinely feel like I'm going to go on Tuesday and get my smear test and they are all going to scream and say it's the worst news ever.

Yes, please do stop googling. You only missed your test by a short span of time. They're not that time sensitive! If anything, there's a positive in that were anything developing it would have more time to show up so would be dealt with quickly and efficiently!
Honestly, please relax. I have known several ladies who have had abnormal results and only 1 of these needed intervention - she's alive and kicking 40 years on!
I know what it's like to be over-imaginative (just back from a trip to Thailabd and I had 2 nightmares beforehand about planes losing pressure and diving etc., etc.). To misquote Shakespeare 'These are the stuff that dreams are made of'. You'll be fine, honest. :)
