painful arc syndrome

has anybody ever suffered from this? did you have physio? what exercises did they recommend? have you had it since? any information greatly appreciated xXx

thanx that was really useful. all the info i found just describes the symptoms - i know what they are!! i just wanted to know about treatment and what happens afterwards. thanx pete's_dragon that really helped xXx
