"wish" Shopping Website

HI Abers out there. Has anyone out there ever tried to purchase anything from the website "Wish". I think their motto for customers should be "Wish I'd never bought anything from them"! I ordered an item from them on 23rd April, paid the amount, then printed off an "order review" outlining what I had bought and the price. Still have not received the item, and every time I have gone to their help section and emailed a question, I get the same "pat" answer every time. I have even asked them the same question on Facebook, and still get the same parroted answer "are you sure you're in the right Wish account? It's driving me crackers - the amount I've paid for this item (a flash drive for my mini ipad) isn't a lot of money, but that's besides the point. Has anyone else had this experience with t his website? Thanks. Chox
