Amazon Fire 10" Hd Tablet 2017

Has anyone downloaded the Google Play Store on to their Amazon Fire 10"?

I would like to know if it can be done, if it is easy to do and does the tablet need to be rooted to do it.

A pointless exercise if you could, I believe. Amazon fire is not compatible with your standard Android, so app's from Google Play, won't - play that is.

You can buy...many free... apps..games..books music from the shop option on kindle

Thanks, murray, but the Amazon AppStore does not have many of the apps I need to download, which is why I want to install Google Play

Yes I have found one or two games cannot play on my kindle. :-(

But I luurve my kindle.
