how on earth are you supposed to do it? if you go to the shop, you get to lie on it for approx 2 minutes. how are you supposed to choose something so expensive and on which you are going to spend 1/3 of your life??

Interesting that two of the least expensive Which? Best Buy mattresses are from Ikea....
Difficult I agree but I have noticed several companies offering extended trials including the Swedish one. (90 days I think)
Yes, Ikea let you use them for 90 days....and they all have a 25 year guarantee!

hi bednobs bought this in the boxing day sale from mattressonline...Silentnight Essentials Pocket 1000 Mattress, King Size £277 plus £24.99 to take the old mattress away delivered yesterday spot on time well comfortable 1st sleep on it x
Mattresses should not be expected to last 1/3 of your life!!!
We brought a new one from Dreams after Christmas and we get an extended period to test it. Actually it's fabulous, so we won't be needing that. Silent night and not massively expensive.
