Toastie Sandwich/waffle Maker Ideas

Just ordered a new toastie/waffle maker and I'm looking for inspiration - I've already got a sandwich press for paninis, etc (which also makes a depressingly squashed toastie).

Toasties don't need cheese. Years back when I used to make them a favourite was tinned mince and baked beans. The gravy and tomato sauce combo was great, although it had to be nibbled carefully for fear of a burnt mouth.

Good wholemeal bread, shredded turkey breast, Camembert, squashed cherry tomatoes cranberry sauce and baby spinach leaves.
