Ah, Jimmy McGovern. Brilliant gritty realism is his default setting. Will give it a try.

Don’t really know Islam, I don’t watch Father Brown, but they are excellent small dramas about different people moving on with their lives, some really good actors including Sue Johnson (who can do no wrong for me).I think Jimmy McGoven only wrote Fridays episode ZM, as he did last time too.Deffo worth a look (in fact record and keep for Saturday night, lol)

Had it not been for Rosy I wouldn't have known this was back....I've recorded to watch in the evenings....

Wonderful dramas but one has knocked me for six.....Invisible...I think it was titled....the woman who'd been sexually abused by a schoolteacher thirty years before... her mother had found out at the time but not reported him...

It has really thrown me for many reasons.....made me tearful.......because I know how it is to live with this for always......
It was just brilliantly written and acted.....
