Help... I'm having a daft day, I'm ususally quite IT literate.

I'm trying to insert a logo as a watermark on word and it's just being a complete pain in the proverbial. At the moment it looks like the only way I can do it is to set the logo behind the text and retype the letter.

There has to be an easier way?!

Cheers

Plan!
Yaaayyyy!!!
in Word 2003, it's

Format -> Background -> Printed Watermark

then sort your picture details. look at

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/H A010563291033.aspx

BTW, how come you got 50 answers to "how to tell if a bloke likes you" ? I didn't think we could be that complicated ?
not really sure, but rather than re-typing, can't you just cut and paste the text?
Do I get a pat on the back yet????xx
Question Author
If you cut and paste the text you loose the picture, tried that.

Thanks Jerry, I'll look at it now! And in answer to your other question, I think blokes are by far the more complicated sex, I'm completely brain dead when it comes to them!

Jerry B I love you, it's taken me ages to sort that out!!!

Thanks loads xx

Dadah!!!!!
And China, when you use Jerry's simple method it's actually putting the image in 'headers & footers'. So if you want to make the watermark darker or lighter you can simply got to 'View', 'Header & Footer' and then edit the picture slightly using the picture toolbar.
Question Author
Oh thanks loads Champers... was just wondering about making it darker, you must be a mind reader!
That's right. Now get those filthy thoughts out of your head young lady!!
