Some on here might know that I am a dean Martin fan as it is not such a nice day here in pathos I was on Spotify I picked on al MARTINO and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to his songs ,was his song HERE IN My HEART not the first song to be first in the charts on radio Luxembourg about 1948,just thought I would mention how much I enjoyed listening to him today

Had Al Martino's record (gives my age away) Spanish Eyes. Love his voice. Not sure about the radio Luxembourg link though.

It would be quite hard to be number one in 1948 as it was not written until 1952.
In the first number one in the NME chart published in November 1952 . His last hit was Spanish Eyes
