I am foxed by 12a. I can justify the first letter but stupidly can’t parse the last four letters. Please could someone help my penny to drop!

You couldn't possible be a bit more precise, could you? We haven't all got the paper in front of us.

Tango - '(concer)t' (end) is "Tango" in the radio alphabet

Sorry everyone for not having given the clue but thanks once again dannyK13 for putting me out of my agony! Unfortunately the phonetic alphabet I still use has t for tommy rather than tango!
