The first thing I can suggest is personal hygiene. If you don't wash your penis regularly then start now. A bath every day is the easiest way, making sure that you clean behind the foreskin as well. Secondly, you should go and see your doctor. It may be nothing serious, but at least your GP can tell you for sure. As your too embarrassed to tell your parents just go to your doctors on your own. You shouldn't ignore this as minor problems can get worse if left.

Take care dog&duck.
Where exactly on the penis are they? Many males have small white spots on the foreskin, it's quite common. Many men also have them on the glans.(exposed tip of the penis, when the foreskin is peeled back) To be specific they are usually at the base of the glans, just above where it is attached to the foreskin. There is a specific name for them which unfortunately escapes me at the moment. If they are in another area of the penis you ought to consult your Doctor(GP)but don't be too worried about them, especially as you say you've never had sex before.
Hi dog&duck, as you go through puberty there are many changes to the body, and producing sweat and other secretions is one of them. Even the 'naughty bits' have sweat glands!! Don't worry too much, Philtaz is right, but pay attention to your hygiene as Wraith mentioned and go to the doctor if they get inflamed or painful. Doctors deal with these problems all the time so don't be embarrassed. As you mentioned the sex bit, don't be pressured by anybody to do so until you feel ready and when you do, be safe and use a condom. If you're in the UK it is illegal to have sex before 16 anyway. Check out this link, its got good info on the subject http://www.avert.org/teensex.htm Take care
lindyloo is not quite accurate in saying "it is illegal to have sex before 16 anyway" - if a boy and girl have sex, it is illegal if the girl is under 16, regardless of whether the boy is.
Just checked it out and yes you're right bernardo and I stand corrected!! Apologies dog&duck!
I'd say don't worry. They are most likely to be sebaceous glands or hair follicles that are blocked as they are over-producing sebum (natural oils) which is perfectly natural during puberty . They appear as little white pimples and are extremely common at your age. If you're really still concerned then see your doctor. Were you my son I'd just tell you to make sure you 'wash yer bits' propely and regularly, although be careful as soapy products can sting! As for sex, ignore your girlfriend's pressure. I'd give it a miss for a few years and not just for legality.Trust me, at 14 it'll be 5 seconds of fun, plus a longer period of regret if she gets pregnant. For girls to have sex so young is unwise as it can lead to increased chances of cervical cancer as the cervical cells are still developing. And all this is before we get onto the emotional rollercoaster of sex at a young age.
hey I think the best thing for your peice of mind is just go to the doc.. if you can write yourself a letter to get outta school that'd be grand so that yourve no explaining to do to your parents. if you cant write yourself a 'get outta school free card' then fake an illness get your parent to take you to the doc and dont let them into the room with you.. then just ask the doc to look never under estimate peace of mind, just go..
im 14 too and ive also got these white spots, im now at peace of mind after reading that they do no harm but do they go away eventually or not?
all the advice posted so far has been spot on when it comes to personal hygeine and the pressure upon you to have sex.
if you're worried about going to your family doctor however dont fret, most regions have a service run by the NHS called the teenage pregnancy and sexual health unit. my partner works for them in northumberland and they do a fantastic job giving advice to the younger sections of society who can be filled with worry and trepidation.
any of your local hospitals should be able to give you a number where you can contact them.
