For goodness' sake - please show on the registration page that new ABers' names will be greeeeeeeeeeeen for 2 weeks!! PLEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE - I am losin the will to live.....

AND encourage them (as in - 'YOU MUST READ THIS' ) to read the suggested questions/answers BEFORE submitting..... Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwn

I personally see only one or two "why am I green" type of Q's in a week, hardly a massive problem is it?

I agree though that it should be told at the registration stage- but lets face it, does anyone read all of that???

There's worse things being asked on here I can live with the odd new person asking a perfectly innocent question :-)

I agree with BOO, You also dont have to pay attention to any Q's that you dont want to. I wouldnt worry about it... Im sure everyday there are newbys on this site.... You were one once.

oh, I've just seen what TheMan was on about. It looked fine on my computer at work yesterday, it's split up on my screen at home. Changing the font size or screen width doesn't make any difference, the computers just read data in different ways.

I never even noticed i was green when i joined, shows you how aware of things i am!!!! It wasn't until someone asked that question that i realised i must have been a greenie in the begining!!! lol agree with B00 though, it doesn't hurt!

Actually, i had clicked on AB suggestions and didnt realise (cos i ony had a small window on at the time...so didn see any questions/suggestions etc.) that it would be put on the site - i thought it just went to the admin department (Derrrrr.....) so i was shocked to see it on here!!
