Amazon Fire Tablet.

I wonder if anyone has any advice regarding my Fire tablet. It takes a very long time to charge, many hours to increase it`s charge by perhaps 10%. Of course having many devices I may have confused some of the chargers but surely this wouldn`t make a big difference? Have any others met this problem? Thanks in advance.

I don't know much about technology but I find that different chargers can make a big difference. Mine charges very slowly when I use a different charger. Check yours is compatible.

Mine charges very quickly, always on the same charger by the bed. Phones however depend on which charger I'm using.

How old is it? I have a couple of 2nd generation fires, years old, and they can take ages to fully charge, if at all.

Yes Postdog, I think you are probably right, I`m uncertain as to exact age of tablet but do think iv`e tried every charger I have. Very annoying.

I am not sure if you mean Kindle Fire. If it is Kindle Fire, I know many people had similar similar slow charging problem. It was because of poor quality charger or battery.
