I recently asked for a recipe for Salmon Mousse - and you nickmo was the only one to reply. I wanted to say thank you as I made it yesterday and served it with warm ciabatta and salad. It was really lovely. Thanks ever so.

Hi Dollie - just picked up your comment, so glad to help and that it was ok.

Nice to know how a suggestion works out as well as you can get a mental pic of an ABer trying it out and having to explain to the family that 'it looked ok on the website . . . .'

Like most recipes I have to say the simpler the better- keeps the flavour of the ingredients and thats what good foods about.
