I have received a job description with the above abbreviations. Can anyone debunk them for me?

SLA's are Service Level Agreements. for example, in my last job we had to respond to customer queries within 2 days, therefore the SLA was 2 days.
GTC can stand for General Teaching Certificate
As CC says, SLA is probably 'service level agreement'. Some alternatives are here:

FTF could be 'first time fix' or refer to being 'face to face' with, say, a customer.

GTCs could be 'general terms and conditions'.
