Should The Male And Female Actor Awards Be Scrapped In Favour Of Just One Award?

With the Oscars coming up soon I was wondering when the awards for best actor and actress will be combined into just one award for best actor whether it be male or female? It's bound to happen soon but of course that will open another can of worms whereby if a male wins it two years on the trot then there will be cries of sexism from the usual suspects. So what they will have to do is have alternative male and female winners which of course demeans the whole thing. Oh what a tangled web we weave. Looking forward to it happening because I love it when the leftie luvvies back themselves into a corner and tie themselves up in knots with their ludicrous ideas and demands.

I'm not a Cinema goer so I haven't seen all the films (or even clips of all) to be able to judge the best/worst film ever like some.

I do like the sound of The Shape of Water and that is strongly tipped, but it just appeals to me.

No expert at all on films.

Could they not simply update it each year to include whatever the "outraged" and "offended" party wants?

Best Actor
Best Actress
Best Confused
Best Undecided
Best of both Worlds
Best Male Actress who identifies as Female
Best Female Actor who identifies as Male
Best Transphobic Gay Vegan Actor
Best Biologically Conflicted Actor with Gender Fluidity
Best Actors who identify as Triplets
Best biological female actresses who identify as gerbils

Etc...

And also include an Oscaress Award Ceremony?

Basically, if you can make it up, and feign outrage at something non-offensive, whilst preferably flying in the face of common sense and that outdated concept called "morals", you'll be ahead of the game!
