It’s too deep in my fridge but I think it’s spinache and ricotta tortellini from Sainsbury’s and going to have that with salad and grilled sardines with a sprinkling of parsley and a lemon

Whole trout, tenderstem broccoli and mashed potato. Haven't cooked it yet so need to get a move on. Off home tomorrow and hoping to bring back some more diced Exmoor venison shoulder.

Oh deer SJ, send some over.....a local restaurant is doing it with chocolate - mind you, how about this also on the menu:

Roasted Cornish Brill Fillet, Slow Cooked Etherington’s Beef Brisket, Dark Chocolate Jus, Pink Grapefruit, Wilted Spinach, Butternut Squash Puree

IMO even without the chocolate, it's too much - brill and brisket and lobster and black pudding......

I just had 1 and a half trout fillets( frozen so not a patch on fresh), along with pan fried plum tomatoes.
I'm watching Back in Time for Tea on BBC 2. Fascinating...looks at how the food eaten by working class folk up north changed over the past century.

Decided to go along with pancake day.
Did an assortment of fillings. Shredded chicken in a mild chilli dip. Prawn cocktail. Golden syrup, butterscotch sauce, lemon and sugar. Bought a pack of eight pancakes and just make your own filled with what you fancy.
