I'm 99% certain you can't. Whilst Sil Optho has received FDA approval in the USA and is commonly available in their "drugstores" no such approval has ever been sought or granted in the UK. The product is not listed in any of the UK formularies/Drug Tarrifs and cannot be prescribed in the UK.

Sil Optho is available from specialist centres in Australia and does make an appearance in various European formularies but seeking a source in Europe would be very hit and miss.

I use Hylo-forte in the UK
which your GP can prescribe
or in a pharmacy you can persuade them to sell you direct as it is not presciption-only
costs a bit tho'
