Holiday destination ideas

I am looking to go on holiday for 10 days on an all inclusive package at the beginning of June. I will be travelling with my wife and two children a girl of 6yrs and a boy who is 11yrs. Has anyone got any recommendations on a destination/hotel.
I am looking for somewhere in europe and looking to spend approx �1500.

Any ideas welcome

Port Aventura in Spain, near Barcelona.

Three good hotels, massive theme park, large water park.

If you stay in the hotel you get unlimited entry to the theme park and some free entry to the water park.

We have been there last two years.
