One fag left

Well I am a smoker. Booo, hiss, boo i hear you all cry. I had given up for about 6 months a couple of years ago but due to some bad times I started again. Now when I went on my hols I bought lots of cheap fags for about �1.50 a pack. that was about a month ago and now I have one fag left, I now refuse to buy any ciggarettes at British prices so should I smoke that 1 fag at lunchtime and then give up or keep it until I am really desperate?

You never know, it may start you off again and before you know it you will be back to smoking 20 a day.

keep it until you're really desperate, then knock it on the head (the habit, not the fag - that would just break it & that would be silly)

but funnygirl I wouldnt be starting again as had my second from last one this morning. My mate gave up two weeks ago but is on patches she ran out of patches last week and got stressy so went and bought a pack of fags (rather than some more patches) and she had one drag and it didnt taste like what she remembered so she had another drag and didnt like it at all

I gave up about 4 years ago, but I have got a secret stash, just in case. Because i never know what I would be like if something happened to one of my family.....would it tip me over the edge enough to want to have a fag.
That's my theory anyway.

not �1.50 a packet, but from Europe, so cheaper than here.
Down to my last 100 now though. Need to make them last til next Friday when I'm off to Germany again

well I smoked it just because I thought well I might aswell enjoy my last fag now rather than in a couple of days when I get desperate and get major headrush

I would try buying a vape pen. I feel you need to have the last one do it after you know you won’t binge again.
