Quite simply, "You don't".
The 'bank' part of this site's name is there because the idea is that members create a database of information for others to consult later. (Indeed, if there weren't lots of existing questions and answers here for Google to find, it's unlikely that most people would ever discover this site in the first place).
So questions and answers normally remain here forever. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. where a member realises that they might be giving away more personal information than they really meant to) the Editor might respond positively to an email requesting that a post be deleted.
Similarly, a moderator might also act to help out. (I've deleted a handful of posts myself from people who've later regretted them).
