national homebuyers

has anyone had any dealings with the national homebuyers? reason i'm asking is because if i want to sell my house as quick as possible they say they can buy it straight away! i've looked through thier web site & leaflets but can't seem to find any hidden costs etc? would i be making a mistake to get them to sell it as quick as poss or wait & let the estate agent deal with it? any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

watchdog did a report on this company as they had a number of complaints from people who felt the offer they received was far lower than they had been expecting.
