has anybody seen pirates of the carribean 2 - if so can soembody please tell me why he is alive because in the last film jack killed him, so why is he alive??? im confused??

hmmm haven't seen the new film (so don't spoil it for me) but i'm guessing that Barbosa is with Davy Jones's lot? They're all dead aswel, which could be why he is still around? Not alive just part of the crew lost to "Davy Jones' Locker"?

i think someone posted about this before, i think they said that at the end of the last film will shot him before the coin was dropped in the box therefore he should still be "undead" (like the monkey).... but im not sure about that, maybe the voodoo woman brought him back?

yeah i watched it a few days ago and that did puzzle me a bit. But my thinking is that all will be explained in the 3rd film, and we shouldn't let it puzzle us much further...

Stay tuned to the end credits of Curse of the Black Pearl. There is an additional sceen showing Barbosa lying on the treasure pile. The Monkey (Jack) is swimming in the water then climbs onto Cortez's stone chest and takes a coin, renewing the undead cuse (hence it can't be killed in Dead Mans Chest) and in doing so resurects Barbosa (Hooray!!)
