I think i have lost all of my life time without doing or learning anything usefull.....
This feeling is killing me.i feel too old while i am only 22...does any one have any idea how can i quench this feeling?!

I think woof’s post inferred that’s Naillit’s post was invalid as they assumed there were no female Right Said Fred fans. Clearly incorrect.
Going back to the OP, you are very young, you have loads of time to figure out what you want to do with your life. Just relax for a minute, think about courses and jobs that might interest you, see friends.

You haven't lost your lifetime at 22. I feel that at the age of 48 but I know I could do things if I got off my ***. You have loads more time to live your dreams.
Start with one small thing that you can actually do today. Even if it's something as simple as going for a walk or doing some research on depression. Our life gets better by putting small things into action so we don't get 'stuck'. Have a look and see if anyone in your area is advertising mindfulness- that can really help. Or yoga- try something new, it will help.
I concur with Nailit. Suffered it myself since 2006. Am 67, father and grandfather, been on meds for years. Comes in episodes, don't know why, otherwise life is good. Remember you have an illness, and there is relief. Folk on here are a great therapy for starters.
The thing to bear in mind is that you are definitely not the only person who feels that life has passed them by - whatever age they may be - and that the future holds nothing but more of the same. Your GP IS the first port of call. As Nailit says, anti-depressants do have side effects and people react to these in different ways. But for lots of people, they do work; they take the edge off this feeling of apathy and uselessness. In time, you may feek ready for one-to-one consultation, then, who knows, maybe even group therapy. Doing nothing and dwelling on your problem will only make it worse, believe me. It took me almost 2 years before i sought help and my advice now would always be to seek medical help a.s.a.p. Good luck.
I used to go to a group therapy some years ago and found it tremendously helpful. Speaking out and not bottling things up. Not been back for a few years, but it did me good.
Many women become more attractive as they age, so don't worry bout that, and remember there are few things more attractive than a warm smile and interested expression. You have asked for help, this means you are probably ready to start the road back to feeling better.
