What shall I do?

Hello
I need to earn extra cash! I am employed full time but only earn just over 1070 a month with lots of outgoings and travelling costs. I am currently looking for a new job that pays better. I dont really want to leave the company I am at now, but in order to improve I must move on (have been here 5 years, no decent pay rises or perks). I am 29 and still living at home because I didnt save when I was younger.
I thought perhaps that I could get a part time job to earn extra money for a couple of months to put me back on my feet again.
Can anyone suggest anything that will fit around a 9-5 worklife?
thanks

Why not retrain?
If it was me, I would go to my boss, explain that you don't want to leave, but financially you have to, unless they can offer you a promotion. Then maybe why not go back to College and train in something with better prospects that will end up in giving you more money?
Teaching? Medicine? What are your interests/talents??!

Good idea.
there isnt any point asking for anything where I work because they just dont deliver! plus there is new management and there is constant reconstructure going on with people being demoted etc.
I am not sure what I fancy doing, but will keep an open mind and perhaps when I do get another job I will look for one with a bit more promise and one which has a future!
thanks all
